We have completed the school for 1000 dalit (untouchable) children.
Dalits are the LOWEST of the LOW CASTE. They aften are in literal slavery as they sell their life away for a few rupees in a contract they cannot read.
An education can save them from a destiny as sewer cleaners and rat catchers. They can NOT have an education any other way. The government will not do it.
Our school in partnership with Harvest India will not only save them from this life of poverty, it will also teach them about Jesus Christ!
